Where “X” is the drive that the game has been installed to and where “Username” is the name of the user’s computer.

Note: When it’s running, ALT+TAB and open task manager and go to Details, right click on the exe and “show folder location”.

Note: Sometimes you need to show hidden folders in Windows. To do that;

• Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
• Select View > Options > Change folder and search options.
• Select the View tab and in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.

It lets you modify the attributes and abilities of Geralt. You can also unpack the files contained within a save, manually modify one or more of the files, and then repack the save. Note that you can't add or delete files, only modify them.

For Windows:

1. Download the archive. (see links below)
2. Extract the .jar file (256 K).
3. Copy and paste the .jar file in your main Witcher folder then right click and select send to desktop.
4. Start the save editor from the new shortcut.

For Linux:

1. Download the archive. (see links below)
2. Extract the .jar file.
3. Install Windows version of Java in Wine.
4. Run the jar file using Wine Java. Unfortunately the editor is not cross platform and uses internally some Windows calls, that's why Wine is needed.
